My step-dad and I have never really been to nice to each other. In fact, I've been hoping my mom would get a divorce almost since they got married, so imagine my surprise when he opens my bedroom door and calls me up the stairs. I go up and he hands me a Moutain Dew. Now, usually when he stops by a store on his way home from work he grabs something for himself, my little3 brother, and my mom, never even looking at me when he walks in the door. It's quite weird and kind of freaked me out, enough to make me write about.
